Diesel Hydraulic Fire Water Pumps

Project

A project involving the manufacturing and testing of Containerized 800 m³/h Fire Water Pump. The system includes a hydraulic-driven vertical firewater pump installed below the water line on the quay side, delivering water to the Chemical Terminal Main Ring. The system is designed for full autonomous operation. Design, construction, and testing, including performance testing to NFPA-20 standards, were all completed in-house. Hydraulic Power Pack containers are installed 35 meters away from the pumps, with various components such as offshore containers, dust filters, coating systems, hang-off frames, discharge pipes, and hydraulic interconnecting piping.
